Display of Page Titles/Header Image When Logged In or Out #20

So this is probably just an update we missed, but we noticed that logged in vs. out you get different things at the top of each page. Logged in you see the page title and no image, but logged out, you see a generic header image and no page title. The header image is not really a big deal, but the page title is.

Is there something we need to do to have our page titles visible at the top of the page for all users again? We previously had removed the page titles from the bodies of our google docs because the Pilot interface duplicated the page title at the top of the body section and we didn't want the title to be there twice. Do we need to put the titles back in the bodies of our google docs?

We are mainly concerned with the usability of our docs, making sure people know what page they're on.
