Public Sans v2.001 #246

Public Sans 2.001 — A few small tweaks to the build process, and fixed style linking in stat table, to output fonts properly for Google Fonts.

@RosaWagner This is the final merge before publishing. Can you do one last check on the font binaries in this release? Then, hopefully, this will all be done! Thanks!
