Python version outlined in docker needs to be updated soon. Current version is only receiving security updates. https://github.com/uswds/public-sans/blob/03bfd054c2cd0256e357abf517b58aba9f82aed3/Dockerfile#L2

3.8.1 EOL

Looks like 3.8.1 is slated to lose support October of this year. The latest feature branch is 3.13 and they're adding bugfixes to 3.12.
