Updated design Sketch and XD files #83

Updates to some existing components as well as new ones added.

In addition to Ben's previous pull request that was closed (https://github.com/uswds/uswds/issues/3885), the following updates and additions were made:

  1. Modals
  2. Updated link examples in the Typography artboard (updated in Sketch and a Typography artboard added entirely in XD as it wasn’t there previously)
  3. 404 Pages
  4. 13 Emergency icons
  5. Prefix and Suffix inputs in the Form Controls artboard
  6. Summary Box
  7. Table sorting variants in Tables artboard
  8. Icon List
