Summary

Demo branch for uswds/uswds-compile#101

~Used to test compile functions with new major version of Gulp.~

[!IMPORTANT] Due to a possible regression with Gulp 5, I reverted the compile gulp version back to 4.0.2.

Testing and review

  1. Run npm install.
  2. Run each gulp function that uses uswds-compile and ensure no errors are found.
  3. Inspect site preview and confirm there are no regressions
