Typography guidance Improvements

Describe the bug

Based on feedback via touchpoints: "Trying to figure out how to make an h1 have Merriweather (sp?) font. Doesn't seem to want to work"

Actions requested:

1. Look at the Typography Component page
2. Look at the kinds of questions we're commonly asked about typography
3. Update the page to address those common questions,
4. OR if the answers are already there, update the page to make the answers more clear

For example:

• How do I use custom fonts with the design system?
• How do I change the default font?

Steps to reproduce the bug

As a designer/developer, I should be able to quickly and easily find the answers to my questions about font on the Typography page, or elsewhere.

@bonnieAcameron I was able to verify the custom font guidance. I downloaded Lato on USWDS Site and set up using the doc.
