USWDS-Site: Enhance documentation for grid-container

Describe the bug

I was trying to use USWDS Layout grid on outer most element of page (just inside body element). Later on, by seeing some examples like landing page example, http://digital.gov/ and http://designsystem.digital.gov/ , I realized that USWDS Layout grid is not for outer most element of the page but rather for some sections inside the page.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Go to https://designsystem.digital.gov/utilities/layout-grid/#containers-rows-and-columns
2. It does not mention exactly where in overall page to use (or specifically where not to use it, for example, if you use just beneath body element then it would provide you unexpected space or left and right side of container)
3. Also, it does not provide any sample link of page where actually grid-container is used. For example, mentioning landing page example in USWDS Layout grid page would be great

Expected Behavior

It would be nice if it can be elaborated more at USWDS Layout grid about how and where user can use USWDS Layout grid in whole page. Some examples like mentioning landing page example in USWDS Layout grid page would be great. I know there are some examples there but they are not in context with other non-layout-grid components.
