USWDS-Site - Bug: Update theme settings file references #1773

Describe the bug

The doc at https://designsystem.digital.gov/design-tokens/typesetting/font-family/ says:

See the inline documentation in _uswds-theme-typography for more details.

and should say:

Create a new project-specific theme settings file. If your project already has a single project-specific theme settings file, you’re all set. If not, create a new file in your project theme file called _uswds-theme.scss.

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Navigate to https://designsystem.digital.gov/design-tokens/typesetting/font-family/
  2. Scroll to 'Role-based tokens' section
  3. See text

References to old theme settings files should point to the new _uswds-theme.scss or equivalent settings section in https://designsystem.digital.gov/documentation/settings.
