USWDS-Site - Bug: Removed cloud.gov dashboard example, use Pages instead #2290

Describe the bug

https://designsystem.digital.gov/performance/how/ has references to USWDS and dashboard.cloud.gov. We no longer use USWDS with that dashboard. The dashboard is based on a community-supported product. It used to be based on https://github.com/cloud-gov/cg-dashboard, but that was years ago.

The cloud.gov pages dashboard, https://pages.cloud.gov, does use USWDS, and would be a good example.
