what should be kept after removing/correcting broken links
how to label going forward
what needs to be reordered.

We spent time on MC, newsletter and accessibility tests this sprint, so this is moving to next sprint. :)

Discussed with Sarah today. Created new issue (https://github.com/uswds/uswds-site/issues/2567) to address broken links only.

2586 was updated and approved and merged today.

Post-top tasks user testing, new issue has been created to address links on the Showcase page. Considering closing this issue and focusing on the new one with work that's already partially completed. @brunerae , when you get back, I'd like to talk about the organization of these issues since there are a few older ones relating to the Showcase page.
