- Throughout section: Cleanup top-of-page subheadings/subpages (more informal, in keeping with USWDS's voice)
- On Performance guidelines home: Adjust language (when was this research done? tone down "excited to share" language) and add cards or links to individual subpages
- Think about a banner or callout solution for the more substantive/information-heavy pages on this page. Contextualize the age of the content. We can tread carefully without alarming people who find the page via the recent M23-22 WH memo. Anne is going to reach out to the Federal Website Standards team about contributing because they've had discussions about a "content freshness" prototype

The Performance section of the website references research that is aging (appx 2017). We should add context where needed that points out the age of the research in case it impacts content relevancy.
We are aiming for simple date context additions, not an overhaul.
We also need to update Performance Guidelines page to include links off to its sub-pages.
