USWDS-Site - Correct bullet error and check for capitalization errors on Website policies and notices page #2680

In the Disclaimer of endorsement portion of this page, the line "GSA and USWDS:" should not be bulleted since it introduces the rest of the bulleted text.

On that same page, might as well check the capitalization of GitHub and NPM in 3 farther down in Redistribution of code and Social media and collaboration sites sections, the numbering of Redistribution of code in its entirety since some are sub- to others in that section, and probably "OSS" should be defined/expanded in 5.

Hi @annepetersen , Wondering if we should add checks/updates to this issue or create a new one - to make sure that we keep each bug issue scoped at the right size?

Hi @annepetersen , quick followup: Was this bug reported from outside USWDS or did you discover? I was thinking if it's an internal find, I'll add your other mentioned issues to this one. If it's an outside report, I'll create a new issue for the other updates.
