USWDS-Site - Monthly Call page: Update MC page with May content #2708

Summary

Adding May monthly call content to MCs page. We don't have video link yet, so I left that blank. We may have to add at a later date.

[!NOTE] Continuation of @finekatie work to avoid build error.

Testing and review

New May content added to yml file. Need review to make sure it was added correctly and that there's no spacing/code issues with link missing.
