USWDS-Site - Bug: Character Count: Change 3.3.2 on screen reader checklist #2713

Describe the bug

On the character count accessibility checks page we need to change the test for 3.3.2 (as that test only applies to visible instructions). https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/Understanding/labels-or-instructions

It should instead be 1.3.1 level A Info and Relationships https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/Understanding/info-and-relationships

Expected Behavior

  1. Go to https://designsystem.digital.gov/components/character-count/accessibility-tests/
  2. Change the test under screen reader from 3.3.2 to 1.3.1 https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG21/#info-and-relationships
