Define the evaluation criteria for moving a proposal into the "Proposal open for comment" phase
- Look at the CARED framework for inspiration
- Create a common ground to establish the rules everyone (including us) are playing by.
- Connect these evaluation gates to design principles and/or product values
Use the tabs proposal to help define the process
