After synthesizing Web Component interviews (#401 ), we'll create a findings report. Emphasis will be on creating a report that is meant to be public-facing that provides evidence for some of the decisions made around Web Components.

[x] Workshop and document the decisions we've made so far
[ ] Gather evidence (from both WC interviews and possibly other sources where relevant) for each decision
[ ] Write report draft to be reviewed by content team

We had the group brainstorm/workshop for decisions made for Web Components in the engineering working session today. We worked in this Mural board.

Likely that some of this may belong in the research wiki, while others may reside with the architectural decision records

@annepetersen the Web Component Interview Findings Report is ready for final review. Once approved, we can publish it to the research wiki.
