kiam icon for Helm chart #61

In the Helm chart for kiam we can add a link to an icon. I can't find any images for kiam - Can someone create one, maybe based on the image in @pingles recent Medium article?

I can always see if I can do a rough sketch of something and get someone on https://fiverr.com to iterate.

@ewbankkit whereabouts do the logos show? Any guidance on dimensions etc.?
