Mobile tabs styling issues #194

Just noticed the following has regressed from the design work we originally released:

Hi Adrian, these were not regressions as they were never implemented in the first place. The arrow positioning was an oversight which can be corrected.

As for the arrow rotation animation, we don't really see the value in such animations as they are insignificant to a user on a mobile clicking on them. Is there a good reason to put them back in? They weren't implemented in the first inception of the new design, hence why it's not currently there.

Hi David,

Thank you. That's odd as I thought I tested them when live with the correct positioning. T-Britt worked on the transition which was about adding a little delight. The positioning is a bigger issue though as it's confusing UX.
