150 Percent Graduation Rate Vignette #3

I added a 150_percent_graduation_rate markdown and mimicked on of the other vignettes and thought that it would make it a vignette. But when I run: vignette(package = 'utDataStoR') It does not show in the vignettes. Please make it work.

@cdemkegit this is working now. I'm going to close this issue. I think it was in the way I loaded the package.
