Add class count metrics to - utMetrics Vignette Add class count metrics description - to Computations Vignette in the count section Add a class count vignette

Add Graduation Rate Bachelor in 4 - to utMetrics Vignette Add Graduation Rate Bachelor in 4 description - to Computations Vignette in the Rate Section under 150% Graduation Rate (might need to organize this like the retention section) Add Graduation Rate Bachelor in 4 to - the 150% Graduation Rate vignette (use the retention vignette as a guide)
