Remove create_sql_directory #45

Since we have similar function in utHelpeR to make new folders, we need to discontinue create_sql_directory function here or move it to the utHelpR.

@mkhassan-isu @cdemkegit @JoyBaule @andreabringhurst I think we want to keep the function, but add a warning saying that we are deprecating the function, and we'll be terminating support in a year.

Does anyone know of a place where we use this function? I'm betting it's an internal function used in utHelpR somewhere.

@mkhassan-isu I am assuming this is fixed inside of pull request #43 . I am closing this issue. It should be fixed when pull request #43 is approved.
