Vignettes update enhancements

Added new vignette:

course_class_section_counts - to address the discussions we've been having internally regarding the differences between a course, a class, and a section. This goes along with the new utMetrics Section Counts. #41

Updated the vignettes:

full_time_equivalent - to look and function more like the headcount vignette. It includes descriptions of the new FTE sql added in pull #22 . The sql is now displayed dynamically. It also includes the new descriptions of USHE Annualized FTE and IPEDS 12 Month FTE. #48
150_percent_graduation_rate - Adds descriptions of the new metrics Graduation Rate Bachelors Degree in 4 Years and Graduation Rate Bachelors Degree in 6 Years. #41
headcount - to dynamically pull sql.
retention - to dynamically pull sql. #49

This addresses the following issues #41 , #48 , #49
