Inventory and review existing vignettes. Determine if all the needed vignettes are available. Review existing vignettes for consistency, clarity, and accuracy.

I inventoried the existing vignettes last week, and noticed that 2 vignettes weren't working. I flagged these as issues #3 and #2 .

Inventory of current Vignettes: headcount full_time_equivalent retention groups (should this be called partitions?)

There are two others ready that are not working (issues #2 and #3): cohort 150_percent_graduation_rate
