Description

I modified the ini file as follows

Integrate file name header information because we need to use same data source for clock and orbit.
Integrate duration information because we should use same duration for clock and orbit.
Add logging setting
Add detailed description of supporting files
Remove unused settings
Remove commonly fixed parameters
