Tasks:

[x] Review undertone's use of Extempore's portmidi driver
[x] Review all demo & music code produced to date that uses Extempore's MIDI directly
[x] Record those here as dev tasks to implement
[x] NoteOn
[x] NoteOff
[x] CC
[x] Convert between system MIDI data and midilib MIDI messages (may already be done? may need updating?)
