Document the steps necessary to play iPad synths via undertone #67

The steps will be entered below, but this ticket needs to stay open until these are put in the undertone book.

Steps:

  1. Plug the iPad into the Mac
  2. On the Mac, open Audio MIDI Setup
  3. From the menu, select "Window -> Show Audio Devices"
  4. In the left pane, click "Enable" by the iPad icon
  5. In the DAW (steps ...)
  6. (more steps)
