Tiva Support? #42

We should see if RASLib works on a Tiva Launchpad. If it doesn't, modifying the code base to work with Tiva is a good idea since it is the current TI backed M4.

Long story short, it doesn't. If someone ever wants to create a fork for this, feel free. However, TivaWare support does not sound worth it until we know the longevity of the TI launchpads.
