Fix DRC errors #22

Run DRC with Tools -> Design Rule Check...

  1. Short-Circuit

Remove extra holes inside USB connector footprint slots.

  1. Un-Routed Net

Some of the capacitors are not connected to PGND.

  1. Hole To Hole Clearance

Extra holes in USB connector slots cause this.

Also there are vias in micromatch through-hole pads. Through-hole pads work same way as vias and don't need any vias.
