[Mechanics] - wheel mount should have divisible number of holes to ease assembly #13

A divisor of the roller number is a good number of bolts to use. This allows the wheel to be assembled more easily since pieces fit together in more configurations.

I would suggest either increasing the roller count to 20 or have 3 fastening bolts.
