Place decoupling capacitors as close as possible to power pins #35

Capacitors should have shortest possible connection to power pins to reduce inductance. Placing capacitors on the same layer as the component also allows for shorter connection.

Decoupling capacitors are still not close to the power pins.

100 nF capacitors should be next to the power pins, 4.7uF capacitor can be a bit further away. image
