Use JLC7628 stackup #36

Use JLC7628 stackup instead of JLC3313 as it is cheaper.

USB differential pair trace width and spacing needs to be changed.

For example 8 mil (about 0.2 mm) trace space and 10.28 mil (about 0.26 mm) trace width would work: image

I'm not sure if it is actually better, but it aligns with the recommendations/example layouts:

In theory there be might some coupling between same signal track segments or the ESD spike might jump the gap. image
