Error when running for certain schemas - "ONS in FanManager" #213

Hi I am calling utplsql-cli via GitHub Actions on a runner server on OCI as ADMIN user. I pass in multiple schemas to be processed and am writing the documentation to a file and coverage html to a file. My issue is that when I have only "ADMIN" schema I get no issues however when I use any other schema I get a SEVERE error:

This is how I call utPLSQL-cli:
