Hi Lucas,

turn instructions need a priority classifier and the option "assign turnInstructionMode" I just set priority classifier to a dummy value because I never used it myself, but below is an example where I took the priority classifier from https://github.com/poutnikl/Brouter-profiles/blob/master/BikeProfiles/Trekking-Fast.brf And set the instruction mode to "Osmand"

This should give good results, I hope it works for you. Before I consider adding it to the main repo I will do some more testing
