handle access=unknown situations #27

currently unknown values for the access like keys are ignored they should be treated as "no" to be save

This may be questionable, as both optimistic and pessimistic approaches have their effective false positives and false negatives to deal with.

True, but I would like to avoid ending up on access=military, as my profile once did when I used it
So I am leaning towards being pessimistic and in doubt creating a bit of a longer route

Perhaps safer could be a high way/node penalty, not to throw away scenario of the only possible way by a hard "NO". As there can be an explicit and legal/justified intention to route there.

For now it will be a hard no It is my approach to be careful with this profile and avoid any unlucky situations.
