Remove obsolete tags #35

See https://github.com/abrensch/brouter/issues/416#issuecomment-1100707613 and https://github.com/abrensch/brouter/pull/458, there is a plan to update the brouter lookup.dat and to remove some unused tags.

That would impact this profile and trigger an error as these tags can no longer be found.

This patch removes these values. Please note that the usage of these values in openstreetmap is either zero or almost zero.
