What do you think about the solution I added in the branch? Moderately high CF of 2.0, but an initial cost of 25km ideal road to avoid hopping onto an "unknown" route

I might set "otheraccess" to allow only ferries maybe, and then add CF of ideal 1.0, because once we hopped onto a ferry, there should be no major cost to ride it

CF 2.0 + IC 25km is IMHO fine. In fact it is comparable how ferries are managed in standard Trekking. Not too high CF as it is rather fast, but OTOH expensive. And very high initiial cost, as there is waiting and it is disturbance for the route.
