data issue- manual measurement almost duplicate; need to delete one record #11

We have a very near duplicate for a site. I would like to figure out who has data for this site and then delete one of these two records when we look up the actual data

I ended up dropping the record with dtwbelowcasing of 0.94, but asked Emily if she knew where the data were from
