Option to flip slides horizontally (like a mirror)

I would like to add a feature request: It would be great if the program had an option to also flip the slides horizontally.

The reason why this is useful to people is that in some cases people want to use Powerpoint with a teleprompter. If they do this, the presentation is 'flipped' because it is reflected in the mirror (used in the teleprompter). So they need to flip the contents of every slide, to reverse the mirror's effect.

I was going to add a small options dialog that would appear after clicking the "Rasterize" menu item where user could choose the desired file format (pdf or pps, currently both files are created) and rasterization quality.

I think rotation and flipping should go there, too.
