Support Minecraft 1.19

And.. another major Minecraft version is out! It's time to update to 1.19!

Changes I made are backwards compatible, so the plugin still works on version 1.8. 🎉 I have done some tests on Minecraft 1.8, Minecraft 1.18 and Minecraft 1.19 and it seems to work well.

Changes

• Add V1_19 in ServerVersion
• Update utility classes to support NMS 1.19 (Hologram, Player)
• Upgrade spigot-api to 1.19-R0.1-SNAPSHOT
• Update README
