Support Minecraft 1.20

It's time to update to Minecraft 1.20 Trails & Tales Update!

This upgrade was super easy to do, as the API is quite the same as 1.19.4. And of course changes I made are backwards compatible, so the plugin still works on version 1.8. 🎉

Changes

• Add V1_20 in ServerVersion
• Update utility classes to support NMS 1.20 (Hologram)
• Upgrade spigot-api to 1.20-R0.1-SNAPSHOT
• Update README
