Added inspector component (panel that shows requirement properties)
Integrated GoJS with backend
Remove deprecated requirement property fields

Hmm... server handles automatically, but on properties panel side, the options are hard-coded as the dropdown was more for testing because it's not needed for read-only anyway. There's a few options to fix, let's discuss today.
