Changes

Removed the default content in App.js and App.css
Created a header component with "text" as prop
Imported header into App.js to test (just run the app and you should see the header!

RUN-5 Create Page Header

Create a `pageHeader` component we can use as the header for the page. It should take in a prop `text` that will change what this component displays. Most of this task is how you style this component.
