Resolve lint errors for CAvA #154

Description

Fix all linter warnings and errors for CAvA python code.

Motivation and Context

This is the first step for enabling format and lint checks for CAvA, and a preparation for re-developing CAvA.

How has this been tested?

All specs are re-generated with this change.
