Allow editors to change the display order of profile sections.

Possibly advocating the opposite direction: does ORCiD (or similar) allow reordering sections? I kinda figured it was counter to the goal of having the information be easily parseable, if they can be in an arbitrary order.

I just added this issue because we got an Atlas ticket requesting this feature. I'm open to discussion on it. Currently they're not all necessarily identical anyway; if a profile doesn't have an entry in a section, then that section is omitted. That in combination with the varying length of each section means that the top item in the second column is not always the same.
