Import publications from Academics Analytics API #89

Using DOI unique identifier to avoid duplicates with data obtained from ORCID.

Sorry I missed some of the demo earlier today - once thing I noticed was having an "Import/Add All" would be useful/helpful. I didn't get to hear what the outcome was on the discussion of the proposed alternative workflow (just adding then taking to editor vs adding to editor and not saving), but will be around next week if you all want to show me what you came up with.
