Separation of bwi code from core segbot code #3

1) Create a separate segbot stack on github. Move code from the pharos_segbot stack to this github stack 2) Some of the simulation code for the segbot is in bwi_gazebo and bwi_gazebo_plugins. This should be moved out to the segbot stack. These pieces of code should use some of the default worlds like empty, or the willow garage maps.

This is now done. The code has been separated properly and organized on github.
