remove dependency on openni-tracker #9

openni_tracker is no longer maintained and broken on Raring. I would recommend removing this dependency.

Since we don't use Raring and some student projects do use openni_tracker, isn't there some way to not build the metapackage on Raring?

I'll ask on ros-release.

I updated the install instructions on the farnsworth wiki recommend installing ros-hydro-openni-tracker manually along with ros-hydro-bwi-desktop-full.

We need to look for an open-source alternative for it.
