When the time is right, remove these deprecated interfaces:

[x] abort()
[x] free()
[x] reject()
[x] release()
[x] scheduler_msgs/Request message backwards compatibility (see: robotics-in-concert/rocon_msgs#60)

With this latest commit, the devel tests are broken on the build farm. Now, I need the latest hydro scheduler_msgs package released.
