Resource msg upgrade bugfix. #31

There were some changes to the msg format recently, this catches a missed update in the string representation.

@stonier: I think you are trying to use the wrong branch. At the moment the new interface is in the platform_tuple_overlhaul branch.

I left it there to avoid generating build farm errors on Hydro, which does not have up-to-date scheduler_msgs yet. Today, I fixed that problem by taking it out of the Hydro source distribution and moving it to Indigo.

Now, I plan to switch those branches around, so master will soon be the correct and latest version. Sorry for the confusion.

The master branch now supports the new interface, so this PR should no longer be necessary.
