laser plugin no longer works with gazebo_plugins 1.7.12 #2

The kinect plugin still seems to be working fine (I think), however the laser plugin is not working correctly. This needs to be fixed soon.

the laser return from the collision model started showing up. As such this is not a bug. Currently the collision model has been reduced to a size where it does not produce a return. Can also test setting laser return to 0.

setting laser return to 0 did not work.
